Minh is a skilled software engineer with a strong foundation in software development, data engineering, and technical project management, based in Hanoi, Vietnam. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from RMIT University, Minh has built a diverse portfolio across multiple roles in the tech industry, showcasing a blend of technical expertise and leadership.
At Superfine, where Minh worked as a Software Engineer from March 2022 to May 2024, Minh played a key role in developing a Cross Advertising Networks Platform, facilitating seamless integration and analysis across various advertising networks. Minh’s contributions focused on comprehensive data analysis, automation bidding, and cross-advertising network management, empowering the company to consolidate advertising metrics for optimized performance. Additionally, Minh led the development of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) service, enhancing user management across publishing games and the Superfine platform ecosystem.
Before joining Superfine, Minh worked at Septeni in a variety of roles. Starting as a developer, Minh collaborated with cross-functional teams, wrote efficient code, participated in code reviews, and optimized application performance. Minh was later promoted to Technical Project Coordinator, leading project management efforts, coordinating deployments, and ensuring client satisfaction. Minh’s experience here spanned from November 2019 to September 2021, where Minh honed skills in software development and cloud computing.
Minh began a professional journey as a Web Developer Intern at FPT Software, contributing to the development of a web application for KPMG using ASP.NET MVC. This role provided Minh with early exposure to development processes and project collaboration.
Minh’s academic achievements include graduating from the prestigious High School for Gifted Students at the Hanoi National University of Education, where Minh was the Founder and President of the E.T. Magic Club, demonstrating both leadership and initiative from a young age. Minh’s certifications in ASP.NET MVC 5 and React.js, both obtained through Lynda.com in September 2019, further underscore Minh’s commitment to continual learning and technical growth.
Through these experiences, Minh has developed a robust technical skill set, balancing hands-on development with strategic project coordination and stakeholder management.
Dr. Magda Lilia Chelly is a distinguished Polish-Tunisian cybersecurity expert, celebrated for her contributions to the cybersecurity industry and her advocacy for diversity and inclusion. One of the first Tunisian women to serve on the advisory board of the BlackHat Asia Executive Committee, Dr. Chelly is recognized globally for her trailblazing role in advancing cybersecurity and her commitment to empowering women in tech.
Education and Early Life
Born in Krakow, Poland, and raised between Tunisia and France, Dr. Chelly pursued a career grounded in engineering and innovation. Following her father’s encouragement, she obtained a degree and a Master’s in Telecommunication Engineering before completing her Ph.D. at Telecom SudParis in France, specializing in indoor positioning systems.
Cybersecurity and Entrepreneurship
In 2016, Dr. Chelly launched her own cybersecurity startup in Singapore, marking the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey in Asia. A passionate cybersecurity professional, she has since advised numerous organizations on cybersecurity strategies, blending her technical expertise with a deep understanding of risk and resilience. Her startup focused on offering advanced cybersecurity solutions and fostering greater awareness around cyber threats, a mission that has resonated with clients and peers alike.
Advocacy for Diversity and Inclusion
Dr. Chelly is also a leading voice in the push for diversity and inclusion in cybersecurity. As the founding member of Women on Cyber, a non-profit dedicated to advancing gender diversity, she has created new opportunities for women in tech. She launched Singapore’s first “Catch the Flag” competition for girls, an initiative supported by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore, to encourage young women to explore cybersecurity.
Research and Publications
Dr. Chelly’s research journey began at Telecom SudParis, where she worked on indoor positioning and extended her research into cybersecurity. She has authored influential academic papers and co-authored the book Building a Cyber Resilient Business (2022), offering businesses actionable insights into cyber resilience. In 2021, she published Light, Shadow, and Cyber: Vera’s Cyber Adventures, a science fiction novel inspired by cybersecurity themes.

He ensures the security and resilience of Thunes’ operations in over 132 countries, with 80 supported currencies and more than 300 payment methods. Under his stewardship, Thunes is a powerful force in the payments landscape, delivering fast, secure solutions for businesses around the world.
Beyond Thunes, Mikko co-founded Responsible Cyber, a pioneering firm delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. He spearheaded the development of RiskImmune, a revolutionary SaaS platform designed to transform third-party risk management. RiskImmune empowers companies to secure their digital supply chains by enabling precise, real-time risk assessments. In addition to his current roles, Mikko is the Chairman of Seita Technologies Oy, a leading Finnish provider of advanced payment solutions across the Nordic and Baltic regions. With extensive expertise in PSD2 compliance and a comprehensive suite of electronic payment systems, Mikko has been instrumental in driving Seita Technologies’ growth, delivering solutions that seamlessly integrate with the latest in payment technology.
Mikko’s technical roots run deep. His journey began in IT support and software development, progressing through roles where he managed PCI DSS and PA DSS compliance, oversaw infrastructure consolidation across international sites, and developed secure coding frameworks. His past work as CTO and technology specialist in organizations like Nets Group and SSAB gave him a solid foundation in secure transaction services, IT infrastructure, and compliance. An entrepreneur at heart, Mikko also founded Secucial, a privacy-focused startup designed to empower individuals with control over their digital identities. Michel brings 30 years of tech and digital expertise, spanning executive and non-executive roles across startups and global corporations. His career highlights include leading roles at Apple, Electronic Arts (EA), and Microsoft, where he launched Xbox and Xbox Live across Europe. As a co-founder of YoYo Games, he led the company to its acquisition by Playtech in 2015, and as CEO of Bookatable, he saw it through its acquisition by TheFork/TripAdvisor in 2019. Michel is also an early-stage investor, advisor, and All-Star Mentor at TechStars.
Tony is a seasoned business professional with a proven track record of helping companies optimize their pricing and overall business strategies. Ian Walker is a dynamic entrepreneurial leader and former Founder & CEO of a successful London-based service scaleup, where he led the company from inception to €4.5 million ARR and profitability. Under his guidance, the company grew into a team of over 60, earning a 4.6 rating on Google and Trustpilot. Renowned for his strategic focus, Ian is highly skilled in B2B sales, go-to-market strategies, account management, and scaling operations. As a strategic advisor and investor, Leslie also supports several hyper-growth B2B SaaS companies where AI is pivotal. Previously, Leslie served as Head of Commercial Strategy at Marsh McLennan, collaborating with top executives to drive revenue growth. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Oliver Wyman, Infosys, and Accenture, where Leslie guided significant digital and technology transformations.
By 29, Jane had built a 7-figure global business as a single mother and has since become a force in the cybersecurity industry.
